Terms and Conditions

The terms that govern use of TFH Software's website and its published materials.

Effective 18 August 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern use of the TFH Software website. Separate proposals, statements of work, and signed agreements govern paid client services and take priority where they conflict with these website terms.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Website information

The website provides general information about TFH Software, our capabilities, process, and potential services. It is not a binding offer, fixed quotation, technical specification, warranty, or guarantee of availability, timing, pricing, or results.

3. Client engagements

Software projects begin only after TFH and the client agree the applicable commercial and delivery terms. A signed proposal, statement of work, master services agreement, NDA, or similar document will define scope, fees, responsibilities, intellectual-property rights, confidentiality, acceptance, support, and other project-specific terms.

4. Acceptable use

You may use this website only for lawful purposes.

  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, forms, systems, or data.
  • Do not upload malicious code, overload the service, scrape it abusively, or interfere with other users.
  • Do not impersonate another person, submit misleading information, or use the website to violate another party’s rights.
  • Do not copy, republish, or commercially exploit website content except where permitted by law or written permission.

5. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the website’s design, copy, graphics, code, branding, and other materials belong to TFH Software or are used with permission. Using the website does not transfer ownership or grant a licence beyond ordinary personal or business evaluation of TFH’s services.

Ownership of software, designs, documentation, and other deliverables created for a client is determined by the signed client agreement.

6. Third-party services and links

The website may link to third-party services such as scheduling, social media, messaging, or external resources. TFH does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, content, security, or privacy practices.

7. Disclaimers

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. We aim to keep information accurate and the website operating reliably, but we do not guarantee that every page will always be complete, current, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. General website content is not legal, financial, compliance, or cybersecurity advice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TFH Software will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising solely from use of, or inability to use, this public website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Changes and applicable law

We may update the website and these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to later website use. Project agreements specify their governing law and dispute process; otherwise, applicable law determines these website terms.
